Packages delivered outside of our warehouse operating hours are not the responsibility of CGL/Freight Forwarder.
Packages misdelivered by the shipper/seller (i.e., not confirmed delivered by our warehouse) are not the responsibility of CGL/Freight Forwarder.
Packages flagged as “Delivered” or “Signed by” but not reflected in our CGL system or warehouse records as received are considered UNKNOWN/misdelivered, and are not the responsibility of CGL/Freight Forwarder.
We are indemnified against any loss, damage, or misdelivery of packages received during such circumstances.
Mondays – Ready for Pickup Tuesdays
Tuesdays – Ready for Pickup Wednesdays
Thursdays – Ready for Pickup Fridays
Fridays – Subject to flight and customs availability (may be available Saturday or next working day)
Please be advised that packages may be delayed due to airline flight availability, package volume, weather conditions, Jamaica Customs, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of CGL.
Unknown or improperly addressed packages will incur a fee of JMD $350, due to the additional labor required.
Avoid this charge by ensuring all packages are correctly addressed and include your mailbox number.
Uncollected packages will incur a storage fee of JMD $150 per package if uncollected 15 days after pricing.
This fee applies once you have been notified via email that the package is ready for pickup or delivery. Pick up promptly to avoid charges.
General handling & processing fees may apply to packages based on weight or value exceeding $101 USD.
For packages flagged for duty, your customs “C” reference number will be provided along with the amount required to be paid over to Jamaica Customs on your behalf.
Switch Location Requests (transfer from one branch to another) may take 2–5 business days and are subject to a processing fee of JMD $750.
